Bunnies are, by nature, inquisitive and intelligent. Hence, it is essential that you keep them amused and busy (especially when you are not at home) by providing toys and entertainment in their living environment. Without challenges, bunnies may soon get bored, fat and lazy. A bunny who is not stimulated or never gets to come out of its cage/playpens is likely to become depressed and frustrated easily.

Toys also help to satisfy bunnies' crave for chewing, digging, etc. and this, in turn, helps to keep destruction of home furniture and electrical wires at bay. Toys also provide a chance for bunnies to exercise and keep their bodies and mind in shape.

So give it to them - create a fun and mentally-stimulating living environment for them. Get them to chew, throw and nudge chew toys, jump on and run in and out of tunnels and explore other fun things! Keep them BUSY and most importantly let the furries have some fun.
